======SHIPPING POLICY======
Thank you for visiting and shopping at 2F Performance. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
======DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY======
While we receive all orders as soon as they are placed, the process of manufacturing only starts the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. All our products are made to order and it takes approximately 4 weeks to ship them after ordering.
If the shipping type selected is not congruent with the delivery address we will attempt to contact you to fix your order before refunding the order. Do NOT attempt to use commercial shipping for residential addresses. We will not ship orders that use the wrong shipping method. Having it shipped to your buddy's shop is fine- using commercial shipping for your mom's apartment is not fine.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
======SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES======
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you believe the shipping rate calculated at checkout is inaccurate please do not hesitate to reach out to us- we can get a more accurate rate using your exact shipping address!
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. You can reach out to us via email at any time with questions and we will do our best to get back to you with an update.
2F Performance ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories.
======SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING======
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please contact us if you have trouble finding your tracking number.
======CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES======
2F Performance is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
======DAMAGES======
2F Performance is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please take photos immediately and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim- they have the resources to assist you. If your order is very obviously damaged upon receipt, do not accept delivery. Immediately file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
